Annville, PA, (December 16, 2009) – The Middle Atlantic Conferences released its 2009 Fall Academic honor roll and 24 DeSales University student athletes were honored. Included in the honorees were four from the men’s cross-country team, five from the women’s cross-country team, two from the field hockey team, six from the men’s soccer team, six from the women’s soccer team, and one from the volleyball team.

Annville, PA (November 10, 2009) – Junior Jena Meaney (Staten Island, NY/St. Joseph Hill Academy) and senior Emily LaDuke (Whitehall, PA/Whitehall) of the DeSales University women's soccer team were each honored on Tuesday being named to the All-Freedom Conference Second-Team as announced by the conference office and as voted on by the eight Freedom Conference coaches.

Center Valley, PA (October 31, 2009) – The DeSales University women’s soccer team ended its season with a 4-1 loss to Wilkes University in a Freedom Conference game played on another drizzly Saturday afternoon.

Dallas, PA (October 24, 2009) – The DeSales University women’s soccer team dropped its third straight Freedom Conference game, falling at Misericordia University, 2-1, on Saturday afternoon on another dreary day for a soccer game.
