Men’s CC Finishes Season with 17th place Finish at NCAA Regionals
Sophomore Kevin Gwinn was the top Bulldog once again in 73rd place.

Waynesburg, PA (November 15, 2008) – The DeSales University men’s cross-country team finished its season with a 17th place showing out of 43 teams at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships held at Waynesburg University on Saturday morning.
The Bulldogs totaled 494 points and were led by sophomore Kevin Gwinn (Center Muriches, NY/Saint Anthony’s) who came across in 73rd place in a time of 27:17.
Juniors Justin Cuga (Newark, DE/Salesianum) and Andrew Ferretti (Sinking Spring, PA/Wilson) were next across in 101st and 102nd place. Cuga was over the line in 27:43 and Ferretti over at 27:47. Rounding out the top five were sophomore Mike Curry (Kennett Square, PA/Salesianum) and freshman Alex Clemson (Sewell, NJ/Washington Township). Cuga was 113th in a time of 27:57 and Clemson was in at 115th place in a time of 27:59.
