Selinsgrove, PA (February 19, 2010) – The DeSales University women's track and field team had more one week to prepare for the MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships next weekend and did so on Friday night at the Susquehanna University Open Invitational.

Among the top finishers for the Bulldogs were freshman Cara Maloy (Northport, NY/Northport) in eighth place in the 55-meter hurdles (9.43). The 4x200-meter relay team was also among the top eight finishers, taking fourth place in a time of 1:58.39. Members of the relay team were freshman Marrissa Williams (Philadelphia, PA/Neshaminy), Maloy, junior Caiti Scott (Schnecksville, PA/Allentown Central Catholic), and junior Lizzie Robinson (Abingdon, MD/Edgewood).

The Bulldogs return to action next Saturday when they travel to Lehigh University for the MAC Indoor T&F Championships.
