Bethlehem, PA (April 24, 2010) – The DeSales University women's track & field team competed at the Goodman Games held at Lehigh University on Saturday afternoon as the Bulldogs continue to prepare for the MAC Outdoor Championships being held in two weeks.

Among the DSU student-athletes finishing among the top eight at Lehigh were junior Allison Kurowksi (Gouldsboro, PA/North Pocono) in the 400-meter dash in a time of 1:04.71 and in fifth place, sophomore Lisa Ellenberger (Coopersburg, PA/Southern Lehigh) in the 400-meter hurdles in eighth place (1:28.80), and junior Emily Rau (Westmont, NJ/Haddon Township) in the high jump in seventh place (1.47m).

Junior Katie Kelly (Warminster, PA/Archbishop Wood) was sixth in the triple jump (9.51m) and sophomore Ashley Wade (Hackensack, NJ/Paramus Catholic) was sixth in the shot put (10.74m) to round out the top finishers.

The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday, May 1st when they travel to the Misericordia University Invitational.
