Center Valley, PA (May 5, 2010) – The DeSales University men's tennis team finished the 2010 season in style recording a hard-fought 5-4 win over Lancaster Bible College in a non-conference match on a perfect Wednesday afternoon.

After winning just one doubles match, the Bulldogs (2-13 overall) rallied to win four of the six singles match to earn the win over the Defenders (0-14 overall). Junior #Joe Sulpizio# (Bath, PA/Notre Dame) teamed with freshman #Adam Dorn# (East Stroudsburg, PA/East Stroudsburg South) at the No. 3 doubles spot to win 8-1 to get DSU on the scoreboard.

Then in singles action, junior #Thomas Grace# (Green Brook, NJ/Watchung Hills) won at the No. 2 spot, 3-6, 6-2, 6-4, Sulpizio pulled out a three-set win at the No. 4 spot, 6-7 (8-6), 6-4, 6-2, senior #Colin Pomer# (Lyndeborough, NH/Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative) won at the No. 5 spot, 6-0, 6-0, and Dorn earned a three-set win at the No. 6 spot, 5-7, 6-0, 1-0 (10-6).
