Bulldogs Finish Season at Tuppany Twilight Meet

Freshman Jessica Curry ran a personal best in the 5,000-meters and took third place on Monday.

Chester, PA (May 13, 2013) – The DeSales University women's track & field team concluded its 2013 outdoor season with a few individuals looking to run one last time with a chance to earn a spot at the NCAA Division III National Championships.

Junior Katlyn Diffenderfer ran well, placing fourth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.86, but was unable to better her school-record time of 12.22 during the season.

Freshman Jessica Curry and junior Cara Guth each ran season-bests in the 5,000-meters with Curry taking third place overall with a time of 17:27.76 and Guth was 12th overall in a time of 17:59.15.
