Biography
2010-11: Top time in cross country was 27:15.43 at the MAC Championships where he placed 25th overall…in track & field was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that took fourth and distance medley relay team that took third at the MAC Indoor T&F Championships…finished seventh in the 5,000-meters (15:47.32) and 10,000-meters (32:57.40) at the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships.
2009-10: Top time in cross country was 26:55.2 at the NCAA Mid-East Regionals…finished 28th at the MAC Championships…finished 11th in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Indoor Championships and was 18th in the 5,000-meters and sixth in the 10,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
2008-09: In track & field took 14th place in the one mile at the MAC Indoor Championships and 17th in the 10,000-meters at the MAC Outdoor Championships. 2007-08: Top time in cross country was 29:10 at the Don Cathcart Invitational @ Salisbury University…finished 53rd at the MAC Championships…in track & field, finished 20th in the one mile at the MAC Indoor Championships.
Personal/High School: Son of Pam and John Tarpey…born September 17, 1988…participated in cross country and track & field in high school…high school team won “A” North championship twice and District championship twice…history major.
