Annville, PA, (June 8, 2009) – The Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation released its 2009 Spring Academic Honor Roll and 24 DeSales University student athletes were honored. Included in the honorees were five from the men’s outdoor track & field team, eight from the women’s outdoor track & field team, one from the baseball team, three from the softball team, one from the men’s lacrosse team, and two each from the men’s and women’s tennis and golf teams.

Center Valley, PA (May 29, 2009) – Junior Kevin Walker (Wilmington, DE/Salesianum) was honored this week by being named to the 2009 ECAC Metro/South Region First-Team as a midfielder as announced by the organization and as voted on by the coaches in the region.

Center Valley, PA (May 6, 2009) – Senior Matthew Brancaccio (Greenvale, NY/North Shore) and junior Kevin Walker (Wilmington, DE/Salesianum) were each honored on Wednesday, being named to the All-MAC Second-Team as announced by the conference office and as voted on by the MAC coaches.

Elizabethtown, PA (April 27, 2009) – The DeSales University men’s lacrosse team fell behind 4-0 after one quarter, and was unable to recover losing to Elizabethtown College 9-2 in the first round of the MAC Conference playoffs on Monday afternoon.
