Annville, PA, (June 17, 20010) – The Middle Atlantic Conference released its 2010 Spring Academic honor roll and 26 DeSales University student athletes were honored. Included in the honorees were eight from the men’s outdoor track & field team, eight from the women’s outdoor track & field team, three from the softball team, two from the baseball team, two from the women’s tennis team, and one each from the golf, men’s lacrosse and men’s tennis team.

Center Valley, PA (May 28, 2010) – Senior Kerri Andrews (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic) added another post-season honor to her long list on Thursday being named to the ECAC South Region Third-Team as announced by the organization and as voted on by the coaches in the South Region.

Bethany, WV (May 16, 2010) – It wasn’t the easiest path to winning a title but it was equally as effective as the DeSales University softball won three games on Sunday afternoon from the loser’s bracket, including two wins over host and #1 seed Bethany College, to claim the Bulldogs’ first-ever ECAC South Region Championship in their first-ever appearance ending the season with a school-record 29 wins.

Bethany, WV (May 15, 2010) – Senior Kerri Andrews (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic) and junior Jen Lococo (Easton, PA/Freedom) each set a single-season record in the first game and the DeSales University softball team split two games on Saturday in the ECAC South Region Tournament at Bethany College and will now need to win three games on Sunday to take home its first ECAC title in its first-ever ECAC Tournament appearance.
