Pacillo had a strong start to the 2011 season recording a 1-0 record with a 1.46 ERA in two starts during the Bulldogs' spring trip to San Antonio, TX. In his first career start on Monday, he tossed seven shutout innings in a 5-0 win over Schreiner University, earning a complete-game shutout. He struck out seven and walked just one. In his next outing he allowed just three hits over 5.1 innings, striking out four in a no-decision.
