Just like our athletic coaches, the Career Development Center has a "Game Plan" designed for your success, both before and after graduation. We specialize in helping student-athletes connect their DeSales experiences with the transferable skills they've developed, preparing them for successful careers. Employers are actively looking for candidates with strong transferable skills, the NACE 8 Career Readiness Skills.

Internships
Gain the experience and develop the transferable skills employers expect. Internships incorporate both real world experience with your academic learning, giving you the home field advantage. Internship experience is the second most sought after qualification by employers when hiring recent graduates. Students who complete internships often receive more job offers and higher starting salaries.
