Directions to DeSales University
From Scranton and North
Take I-476, the NE Extension of the PA Turnpike to Rt. 22 (Lehigh Valley Exit). Proceed east 1/8 mile on Rt. 22 to Rt. 309 south (towards Quakertown). In a few miles, Rt. 309 joins with I-78. Continue south on this combined I-78 and Rt. 309 until Rt. 309 branches off toward the south (about five miles, Exit 60). Continue south on Rt. 309 another three miles. At the intersection of Rt. 309 and Rt. 378, make a left onto Rt. 378. Take Rt. 378 north for about ½ mile and turn right at Preston Lane. Follow Preston Lane into campus.
From New York/New Jersey
Take the NJ Turnpike and/or I-287 to I-78 west across NJ and into PA to Rt. 309 south (Exit 60A). Continue south on Rt. 309 another three miles. At the intersection of Rt. 309 and Rt. 378, make a left onto Rt. 378. Take Rt. 378 north for about ½ mile and turn right at Preston Lane. Follow Preston Lane into campus.
From Harrisburg and West
Proceed east on I-78 to Rt. 309 south (Exit 60). Continue south on Rt. 309 another three miles. At the intersection of Rt. 309 and Rt. 378, make a left onto Rt. 378. Take Rt. 378 north for about ½ mile and turn right at Preston Lane. Follow Preston Lane into campus.
From Philadelphia and South
Take I-476, the NE Extension of the PA Turnpike to Exit 44 (Quakertown exit). Make a left onto Rt. 663 following the tollbooth and follow Rt. 663 into Quakertown. Turn left onto Rt. 309 north and proceed eight miles to the intersection of Rt. 309 and Rt. 378. At this intersection make a right onto Rt. 378. Proceed north on Rt. 378 for about ½ mile and turn right onto Preston Lane. Follow Preston Lane into campus.
Directions to DeSales University Athletic Venues
Billera Hall (Basketball and Volleyball)
As you follow Preston Lane into campus, Billera Hall will be the first building you see on your right side directly across the street from the Baseball Field and in front of the turf fields.
Weiland Park (Baseball)
As you follow Preston Lane into campus, Weiland Park will be on your left side. You can park in the lot between McGettigan Park (Softball Field) and Weiland Park (Baseball Field).
McGettigan Park (Softball)
As you follow Preston Lane into campus, McGettigan Park is the first field on your left. You can park in the lot between McGettigan Park (Softball Field) and Weiland Park (Baseball Field).
Lacrosse and Field Hockey Turf Field
As you follow Preston Lane into campus, the lacrosse and field hockey fields are located behind Billera Hall on your right as you enter campus. Go to stop sign, make a right, and pull into the Billera Hall parking lot on your right. Best place to access and park for a game on the turf is in the upper lot by the tennis courts on the left side of Billera Hall.
Soccer Field
As you follow Preston Lane into campus you will come to a Stop sign and the soccer field will be directly across the street from the stop sign. You can park in the Billera Hall parking lot and walk over to the soccer facility.
Tennis Courts
As you follow Preston Lane into campus you will see Billera Hall on your right side. Make a right into the driveway around the back of Billera Hall and go thru the first parking lot. As you drive around to the side of the building you will see the tennis courts on your right side.
Cross-Country
The cross-country course is located all throughout the DeSales campus. The finish lines vary with each race. The best place to park is in the Billera Hall parking lot and to make your way around campus on foot to view the race.
Track & Field
The T&F venue is located at the corner of Landis Mill Road and Station Ave. Entering on Preston Lane, you'll make a right at the Stop sign and continue to the next stop sign and make another right onto Station Ave. You can either park in the Billera Hall upper parking lot or there are limited spots at the track facility.
