Center Valley, PA, (September 29, 2004) – The DeSales University women’s soccer team fell to 0-2 in the Freedom Conference as the Drew University Rangers blanked the Bulldogs, 3-0, on Wednesday afternoon.

 

        Drew scored the eventual game-winner at the 15:41 mark as Erin McNally scored off a pass from Gabrielle Haehn.  The Rangers scored one more just before halftime by Haehn off an assist from Julie Strain and scored their third marker just after halftime by Shinobu Bharaj.

 

        Sophomore Kelly Hinkle (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown) made eight saves for the Bulldogs, who fall to 3-6-1 overall and are winless in their last six games.

 

        DSU returns to action on Saturday as they host The University of Scranton for another Freedom Conference game beginning at 1:00 pm.
