Center Valley, PA, (March 29, 2006) – The DeSales University men’s tennis team lost for the second straight day and for the fifth time this season, 7-0, to FDU-Florham in Freedom Conference action.
Once again the Bulldogs were unable to garner a point but it was not for a lack of effort. Sophomore Antony May (Lowell, MA/Lowell Catholic) lost at the No. 1 spot, 6-1, 6-1 and junior Ernie Justice (Blue Ball, PA/Garden Spot) lost at the No. 2 position, 6-2, 6-3. Freshman Jake Hoover (Morrisville, PA/Notre Dame) also continues to improve at the No. 3 spot falling 6-1, 6-3 on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday, April 1st as they travel to The University of Scranton for another Freedom Conference match beginning at Noon.
