Bulldogs Netmen fall to Wilkes, 7-0

Sophomore Antony May dropped a 6-2, 6-0 decision at No. 1 singles on Tuesday.
 
Center Valley, PA, (March 28, 2006) – The DeSales University men’s tennis team dropped its fourth straight match to start the season on Tuesday, falling to Wilkes University, 7-0, in Freedom Conference action.
 
        After the Colonels took all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point, WU swept all six singles matches to record the 7-0 shutout.  Wilkes dominated play throughout the match with the closest contest coming at No. 3 singles in which Arvin Narula defeated freshman Jake Hoover (Morrisville, PA/Notre Dame), 6-1, 6-1.

         DSU returns to action on Wednesday, March 29th as they host FDU-Florham in a Freedom Conference match beginning at 3:00 pm.
