Men’s Tennis ends Season with 7-0 loss to King’s College

Freshman Jake Hoover was extended to a third set for the third consecutive match, losing to Matt Dunne of King's College on Friday afternoon.

Center Valley, PA, (April 28, 2006) – The DeSales University men’s tennis team concluded its 2006 season in team competition with a 7-0 loss to King’s College in Freedom Conference action on Friday afternoon.

Freshman Jake Hoover (Morrisville, PA/Notre Dame) took his match to a third set for the third consecutive match, losing to Matt Dunne, 7-5, 1-6, 1-0 (11-9) at the No. 3 singles spot.

The Bulldogs finish off the season this weekend as they compete in the MASCAC Individual Championships being held at Lehigh University on Saturday and Sunday.
