Franklin & Marshall Blanks Bulldogs, 4-0, at Red Devil Classic

Senior Rusty Riedmiller made three saves in the loss to Franklin & Marshall College on Sunday.
Carlisle, PA (September 2, 2007) – The DeSales University men's soccer team suffered its second straight loss to start the season falling to Franklin & Marshall College, 4-0, in the second game of the Red Devil Classic at Dickinson College on Sunday.
 
        The Diplomats scored three times in the opening half to build a three-goal halftime edge and added one more in the second half to post the final margin. F&M (2-0) out-shot DeSales 14-8. Senior Rusty Riedmiller (Stroudsburg, PA/Stroudsburg) and sophomore Keith Barry (Long Valley, NJ/West Morris Central) each made three saves in one half of play each in the loss.
 
        The Bulldogs return to action on Wednesday, September 5th when they travel to Cabrini College for another non-conference game beginning at 6:30 pm.
