Reading, PA (September 28, 2011) – Senior Jonathan Balfour scored the lone goal of the game helping the DeSales University men's soccer team win its fourth straight game, 1-0 over Albright College in non-conference action under the lights on Wednesday evening.

Balfour connected on the game-winner and his sixth tally of the year on an assist from senior Matt Murphy in the 61st minute.  Albright out-shot the Bulldogs 14-8 and had a 4-3 advantage in corner kicks but freshman goalkeeper Colin Sulpizio was up to the task in between the pipes, making six saves en route to his first career shutout.

The Bulldogs will return to action on Saturday as they begin Freedom Conference play with an early season test at Manhattanville College beginning at 3:00 pm.
