Galloway, NJ (October 11, 2012) – Freshman Meryah Harding scored her fourth goal of the season, tying the game in the second half, but two unanswered goals by Richard Stockton College gave the host Ospreys a 3-1 win over the Bulldogs on Thursday evening.

After the Ospreys took a 1-0 lead just 1:15 into the game, the Bulldogs waited until the second-half to tie the game as Harding deflected a shot into the cage from junior Sam Lavin just 3:07 into the second half.

Just 5:22 following the Harding goal, Stockton re-took the lead for good as Susie Balidemaj scored at 43:29 and Megan Irving provided some insurance at 51:50 to tally the final score.

Stockton enjoyed a 22-12 advantage in shots and an 11-7 edge in penalty corners.  Senior Victoria DelToro made 11 saves and freshman Julia Martinez and Gianna Colella each had a defensive save in the loss.

The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday when they host Manhattanville College for a Freedom Conference game beginning at 2:30 pm.
