Center Valley, PA (December 7, 2016) - Four players reached double digits and the DeSales University men's basketball team shot 55.6 percent from the field rolling past PSU-Berks, 99-61, in non-conference action on Wednesday evening in Billera Hall.

Kuity Slanger had a season-high 18 points and added nine rebounds and six assists, freshmanÂ
Kweku Dawson-Amoah scored a season-high 15 points and pulled down a season-high nine boards, seniorÂ
Ryan Callahan finished with 14 points and six rebounds, and juniorÂ
Connor Jones added 12 points off the bench in the win.

The Nittany Lions led early (12-10) and trailed by just one point (20-19) with 10 minutes left in the first-half before the Bulldogs (4-3) finished the half on a 24-7 run to take a 44-26 lead into the locker room.
The Bulldogs then scored 14 of the first 16 points of the second-half to take a 58-30 and never looked back from there as the lead peaked at 41 points (97-56) before the final was posted.
DSU dominated the glass out-rebounding Berks, 48-29, and handed out a season-high 29 assists, just five shy of the school-record for a game.
The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday when they travel cross-town to take on Muhlenberg College in another non-conference game beginning at 4:00 pm.
