Center Valley, PA (October 3, 2017) - The DeSales University volleyball team hit .390, its third highest percentage this season, sweeping Misericordia University, 3-0 (25-15, 25-10, 25-17) to stay unbeaten in MAC Freedom play on Tuesday evening in Billera Hall.
The Bulldogs (14-5, 4-0 MAC Freedom) had just six errors and collected 45 kills in the win.  
Junior 
Gabby Savite` (Hackettstown, NJ) led the attack with 16 kills and .424 for the match.  She also registered a double-double with 13 digs.
Freshman 
Noel Kelly (Saylorsburg, PA) (7 kills, .304), sophomore 
Morghan Shoemaker (Allentown, PA) (7 kills, .385), 
Taylor Antoniewicz (Cranford, NJ) (5 kills, .625), and freshman 
Grace Merritt (Newark, DE) (5 kills, .500) also played well.
Freshman 
Julia Bradford (Mertztown, PA) had 34 assists and eight digs, junior 
Natalie Gray (Aston, PA) finished with 12 digs and senior 
Bernadette Wood (Sinking Spring, PA) came off the bench to record three aces.
The Bulldogs are back in action next week when they travel to Wilkes University for another MAC Freedom match beginning at 7:00 pm.
