Center Valley, PA (October 2, 2019) - The DeSales University men's tennis team earned a 6-3 win over Alvernia University in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon.
Doubles
DSU took home the #2 and #3 doubles matches as sophomoreÂ
Nolan Beck and freshman
Will Pollick won 8-2 in the No. 2 spot and and seniorÂ
Ahmad Kanan and sophomore
Brahm Buoy earned an 8-1 win.
Singles
The Bulldogs finished off the match winning the last four singles matches at #3 thru #6. Beck was the winner in the #3 flight, 6-1, 6-0 and seniorÂ
Ahmad Kanan won 5-7, 6-4, 1-0 (10-3) in the No. 4 flight. SeniorÂ
Michael Fishler was a 6-4, 5-7, 1-0 (10-6) winner in the No. 5 slot and Buoy was a double winner earning a 6-2, 6-1 win in the No. 6 flight.
The Bulldogs return to action on Friday when they host PSU-Berks beginning at 3:30 pm.
