Wilkes-Barre, PA (October 22, 2019) - The DeSales University rolled past Wilkes University, 3-0 (25-17, 25-12, 25-20), in MAC Freedom action on Tuesday evening inching closer to clinching a spot in the MAC Freedom postseason tournament.

	- The Bulldogs currently sit in third place in the MAC Freedom standings, one game ahead of Misericordia University and King's College.  The Bulldogs can clinch a spot and the #3 seed in the MAC Freedom postseason tournament with a win over King's on Wednesday next week.
 
How it Happened
	- DSU started strong hitting .333 in the first set and took control late leading 16-15 by scoring eight straight points to take a 24-15 lead.
 
	- The second set saw the Bulldogs open up a 18-5 lead and never looked back from there, while DeSales opened up a 16-8 lead in the third set before holding off late Colonels rally to win in straight sets.

	- Alex Ferrier totaled 10 kills to lead the Colonels.
