Dallas, PA (November 2, 2019) - The DeSales University men's soccer team saw its season come to an end in a 3-1 loss at Misericordia University in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened

• Needing a win to earn a spot in the MAC Freedom postseason, DSU overcame a 1-0 halftime deficit scoring first in the second half in the 57th minute to tie the game at one as freshman Dimeji Oyinkolade scored.
• The Cougars needed just under six minutes to reclaim the lead and posted the final margin with 24 seconds left as DeSales was pushing up trying to tie the game.

• Oyinkolade's goal was his team leading seventh of the year as he finished the season leading the team in scoring.
• Senior Ian Patmore earned an assist, his first of the year.
• Sophomore Jake Padula had four saves in goal.
