Doylestown, PA (February 22, 2020) - The DeSales University women's basketball team won its 12th straight game, 87-34, over Delaware Valley University in the regular season finale in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

• Records: DeSales (21-4, 13-1 MAC Freedom); Delaware Valley (1-24, 0-14 MAC Freedom)
• The win is DSU's 12th straight as they finish the regular season 21-4 overall.
• DeSales will be the #1 seed in the MAC Freedom postseason tournament and will host the #4 seed, Eastern University, in the semifinals on Wednesday in Billera Hall with game time set for 7:00 pm.

How it Happened

• DeSales was in control from the very start in this one scoring the first 11 points of the game and holding a 24-4 lead after one quarter.
• The Bulldogs held the Aggies to just nine second quarter points and took a 44-13 lead into the halftime locker room.
• DSU finished the game scoring 20+ points in each quarter to post the final margin.

Top Bulldog Performers

• Everyone in uniform played at least nine minutes in the win.
• Sophomores Averi Jordan and Emma Stanfield led the way with 13 points a piece.
• Sophomore Rylie Rittenhouse recorded her third double-double of the year and the second straight overall with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
• Junior Allison Marcus added 11 points off the bench.
