Tyra Wingle scored with 16 seconds left lifting the DeSales University field hockey team past Alvernia University, 2-1, in the final game of the season in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

- Junior Catie McGrath tied the game at one, scoring on a rebound of her own shot that hit off the post.
- The game seemed destined for OT before Wingle took a pass in front of the keeper and swept it inside the near post with 16.6 seconds left giving the Bulldogs the lead and the win.

- Wingle finishes the season with a team-high 13 goals, while McGrath netted her fifth.
- Sophomore Maddie Trocki had an assist, her fifth of the year, on Wingle's tally.
- Sophomore Kayla Yeatman played well in the cage, making seven saves.

- Gianna DeGregory had AU's goal, assisted by Madison Potthoff.
