Center Valley, PA (April 3, 2021) - The DeSales University women's tennis team earned its third straight win with an 8-1 win over Stevenson University in a non-conference match on Saturday afternoon.
Doubles
DSU took a 2-1 lead after doubles play as juniorsÂ
Kirsten Kosa andÂ
Bailey Greco won easily in the No. 2 flight, 8-1 and freshmanÂ
Morgan Landau teamed with seniorÂ
Sabrina Ricciardi to win 8-3 in the No. 3 slot.
Singles
The Bulldogs dominated singles play winning all six matches in straight sets and dropping just 15 total games over 12 sets in six singles matches.
JuniorÂ
Annie Rakos was a 6-1, 6-2 winner at the No. 1 flight and Kosa earned a 6-1, 6-0 win in the No. 2 spot. Greco earned her second win, like Kosa, with a 6-2, 6-2 win in the No. 3 slot and seniorÂ
Alex Rodier was a 6-0, 6-1 winner in the No. 4 flight. Landau and Ricciardi wrapped up the winners with a 6-2, 6-2 win in the No. 5 hole and Ricciardi was a 6-1, 6-2 winner in the No. 6 spot.
