Center Valley, PA (October 19, 2022) - The DeSales University men's soccer team gave up four goals in the second-half falling to #4 Stevens, 5-1, in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday afternoon.

• The loss gives the Ducks a 2-1 lead in the all-time series between the two teams after DSU took last year's match-up, 2-0.

How it Happened

• Stevens scored first in this one taking a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute.
• DeSales evened the scored with just under eight minutes left in the first-half when sophomore Tristen Castellani scored on a loose ball in the box.
• The second-half was all Ducks as they scored in the 49th, 55th, 63rd, and 75th minute to pull away and stay unbeaten on the season.

• Castellani's goal was his second of the season.
• Senior Nathan Hatzfeld made three saves in goal.

For the Foes

• Emerson Kuzemka and Sean Masur each had two goals for the Ducks.
• Luca Campbell also scored.
