Madison, NJ (April 20, 2022) - The DeSales University women's tennis rolled past FDU-Florham in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday afternoon, 8-1.
Doubles
DSU took a 3-0 lead after doubles action as seniorsÂ
Kirsten Kosa andÂ
Bailey Greco won 8-4 in the No. 1 spot and seniorÂ
Annie Rakos and sophomoreÂ
Morgan Landau won 8-0 in the No. 2 position and the Bulldogs won the final point by forfeit.
Singles
In singles action Rakos was a 6-4, 6-0 winner in the No. 2 spot, Landau won 7-5, 7-5 in the No. 3 position, and Greco won 6-2, 6-4 in the No. 4 flight. First-yearÂ
Nyah Tomlinson rounded out the singles winners with a 6-0, 6-2 victory in the No. 5 position.
DSU is back in action on Saturday when they travel to Wilkes University for another MAC Freedom match beginning at 1:00 pm.
