Dallas, PA (April 24, 2022) - The DeSales University golf team took home eighth place out of nine teams firing a two-day total of 698 at the MAC Freedom Championships this weekend at Huntsville Golf Course.
After finishing in a tie for fifth after day one, the Bulldogs fell back three spots into eighth.
DSU's top finishers were seniorÂ
Andrew Benner and sophomore
Christian Guldin finishing tied for 23rd with identical scores of 82 and 91 each day.

Jimmy Sapp andÂ
Kyle Chorzewski rounded out DSU's top four each finishing T-26th with a two day total of 176.
Sapp had the highlight of the weekend making a hole-in-one in round #2 on hole #3, hitting 9-iron on the 143 yard par three.
