Women's Lacrosse Falls Short in MAC Freedom Quarterfinals at Lycoming, 13-9

Williamsport, PA (May 2, 2022) - The DeSales University women's lacrosse team saw it's season come to an end falling at Lycoming College, 13-9, in the MAC Freedom quarterfinals on Monday evening.

  • DSU netted two straight to pull within three with 8:44 left in the game but couldn't get any closer before the final margin was posted.

  • Sophomore Hayley Petrosini scored three goals and senior Amanda Schultz had two goals and one helper.
  • First-year Meagan Landers scored once, while junior Dani Towey, first-year Jess Brey, and first-year Kyleigh Price each had an assist.
  • Bradley added nine draw controls and Brey had a team-high three caused turnovers.
  • First-year Michaela Regan totaled 14 saves in goal.
