Center Valley, PA (April 16, 2023) - The DeSales University men's tennis team earned its third straight win taking down Wilkes University, 8-1, in MAC Freedom action on Sunday afternoon.
Doubles
DSU swept the three doubles matches to take a 3-0 lead. JuniorsÂ

Philip Ritchie earned an 8-1 win at the No. 1 spot, first-yearÂ
Aiden Kiernan and seniorÂ
Will Pollick won 8-4 in the No. 2 spot, and seniorsÂ

Thomas Blomquist won 8-2 in the third flight.
Singles
Citrone won in the No. 1 spot, 6-0, 6-1 and Ritchie followed with a 6-3, 6-1 win in the No. 2 spot. SophomoreÂ
Zach Marshall saw some action in singles and won 6-4, 6-1 in the third spot and seniorÂ
Ethan McCombs won 6-4, 6-0 in the #4 position. Rounding the winners was sophomoreÂ
Alessio Flores in the No. 6 position, 6-7, 6-7 (5-7), 1-0 (10-8).
It was DSU"s fourth straight win over the Colonels to improve to 10-20 all-time vs. Wilkes.
DeSales is back on the court Monday when they travel to Dickinson College for a non-conference match beginning at 4:00 pm.
