Center Valley, PA (April 2, 2023) - The DeSales University men's tennis team won its third straight match blanking PSU-Brandywine, 9-0, in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon.

Doubles
The Bulldogs didn't lose a game in sweeping all three doubles matches by 8-0 scores. Juniors Augie Citrone and Philip Ritchie teamed at the No. 1 position, seniors Ethan McCombs and Will Pollick paired together in the No. 2 slot, and seniors Mark Sherrill and Thomas Blomquist earned the win in the No. 3 spot.

Singles
Citrone and Ritchie won at the No. 1 and 2 spots in singles by scores of 6-1, 6-1 and 6-1, 6-0. McCombs was also a double winner with a 6-0, 6-1 win in the No. 3 spot and sophomore Zach Marshall won 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 4 position. Sophomores Brent Holzman and Alessio Flores finished off the sweep with wins in the No. 5 and 6 positions.

The Bulldogs are back on the court on Wednesday when they host FDU-Florham in the first MAC Freedom match of the season beginning at 3:30 pm.
