Center Valley, PA (September 6, 2023) - Junior Tristen Castellani scored three goals off the bench leading the DeSales University men's soccer team to a 4-1 win over Cabrini University to open the season with three straight wins.

• Castellani gave DSU a 1-0 halftime lead in the 42nd minute scoring on a corner kick tapping a ball in on the post off a header.
• The Bulldogs took a 2-0 lead in the 60th minute when Castellani scored his second off an assist from sophomore Kevin Krall.
• The Cavaliers cut the margin in half with a goal in the 66th minute.
• Sophomore Joseph Reteneller converted a PK in the 80th minute to make it a two-goal game again.
• Castellani added the exclamation point beating the GK to a 50/50 ball and walking his third goal into the open net in the 84th minute.
