Center Valley, PA (September 6, 2023) - The DeSales University field hockey team dropped a tight one, 2-1, to Montclair State University in two overtimes in non-conference action on Wednesday evening.

• DSU was the aggressor early in this one taking a 1-0 lead early in the second quarter when junior Delani Remp scored her first of the season.
• MSU tied the game late in the second quarter to pull even at the half.
• Neither team was able to score until midway thru the second OT, when the Red Hawks got a blast from Gab Maisto that snuck inside the right post for the game-winner.
