Carlisle, PA (October 16, 2024) - The DeSales University men's soccer team dropped its second straight game falling 2-1 at #6 Dickinson College in non-conference action on Wednesday evening.

The Basics

• Records: DeSales (9-4 Overall); Dickinson (12-1-1 Overall)
• The Bulldogs fall to 0-4 vs. the Red Devils all-time with the loss.

How it Happened

• Dickinson got on the board in the 20th minute to take a 1-0 lead.
• The Bulldogs tied the game at one in the 34th minute when senior Sean Bruce drew a PK in the box and junior Joseph Reteneller converted the PK as that score stood into the halftime break.
• The nationally ranked Red Devils broke the tie in the 68th minute and the Bulldogs were unable to find another tying marker.

Top Bulldog Performers

• The goal was Reteneller's fifth of the season, all of which have come on PK's.
• First-year Colin Hojnowski earned his first career start in goal, making three saves.

• Timi Omoniwa and Nicholas Dwamena scored the two goals for Dickinson.
