Allentown, PA (October 7, 2024) - Senior
Andrew Saglimbeni fired a 4-over 74 to take low individual medalist leading the DeSales University golf team to a third place finish at the John Makuvek Cup on Monday afternoon at Lehigh CC.
DeSales posted a score of 336 to finish eight strokes behing Muhlenberg College in second place. Moravian University took home the win with a team score o 308.
Saglimbeni tied for first but took home low medalist in a playoff.
Junior
Jimmy Kelly finished with an 84, tying for ninth place.
Rounding out DSU's top four were first-year
Peter McGinley with an 88 and junior
Brandon Fox with a 90. Senior
Nick Foreman played as an individual and shot 86.
The Bulldogs wrap-up the Fall season competing at the Lebanon Valley Fall Invitational on October 21st.
