Hoboken, NJ (November 9, 2024) - The DeSales University men's soccer team fell just short falling at Stevens, 2-1, in the MAC Freedom Championship game on Saturday evening.

How it Happened
- Stevens got on the board first in the 12th minute on a blast from Adam Berrocal.
- The Bulldogs needed just 1:45 to tie the score as junior Liam MacDonald scored on a header flick in the box on a free kick feed from first-year Peter Cardinale and that score stood into halftime.
- The Ducks got what proved to be the game-winner just 6:32 into the second-half when a header off a free kick from Terry Thompson caromed off the far post and just went over the line as the Bulldogs keeper grabbed it giving the Ducks a 2-1 lead and ultimately the win.
