Scranton, PA (March 17, 2024) - The DeSales University men's tennis team swept all nine matches blanking Marywood University, 9-0, in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon.
Doubles

Philip Ritchie teamed with first-yearÂ
Jatin Prabhakar to win 8-0 in #1 flight and seniorÂ
Augie Citrone and juniorÂ
Zachary Marshall won 8-0 in the #2 slot. DSU won the #3 doubles flight by forfeit.
Singles
The Bulldogs dominated singles play losing just seven games total. Ritchie won 6-1, 6-0 in the No. 1 flight, Citrone won 6-3, 6-0 in the No. 2 flight, and Prabhakar was a 6-0, 6-0 winner in the third spot. Marshall won 6-2, 6-0 in the fourth flight and juniorÂ
Brent Holzman was a 6-1, 6-0 winner in the #5 flight.
The Bulldogs are back in action on Wednesday when they host Messiah University beginning at 3:00 pm.
