Center Valley, PA (March 26, 2024) - The DeSales University women's tennis team swept all nine matches earning a 9-0 win over Eastern University in non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon.

Doubles
Senior Morgan Landau paired with junior Alyssa Vandenberge to win 8-0 in the No. 1 double spot.  Senior Hope Hoppe joined sophomore Lilah Maus to win 8-4 in the No. 2 flight and sophomores Emily Prokopovich and Tara Clark earned an 8-2 in in the third flight.

Singles
Landau won 6-4, 6-4 in the No. 1 spot, Hoppe earned a 6-2, 6-1 win in the second flight, and Vandenberge won 6-1, 6-2 in the third flight.  Maus didn't lose a game (6-0, 6-0) in the fourth position, Prokopovich won 6-1, 6-2 in the #5 flight, and Clark earned a hard-fought 6-7 (3-7), 6-1, 1-0 (10-3) win in the #6 position.

The Bulldogs are off this weekend and will return to action on April 3rd hosting Marymount University in a non-conference match beginning at 3:30 pm.
