Hoboken, NJ (May 4, 2024) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse team saw its season come to an end after a 15-7 loss to #14 Stevens in the MAC Freedom Championship game on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened

• DSU started quickly scoring two of the first three goals in the game to lead 2-1 six minutes into the first quarter.
• The Ducks countered scoring five straight goals to take a 6-2 lead before the Bulldogs scored 5:12 into the second quarter to make it 6-3.
• Stevens finished the quarter with three straight goals and scored the first four goals of the third quarter to take a 13-3 lead.
• DeSales showed no quit scoring four straight to cut the margin down to six goals (13-7) but was unable to complete the comeback.
