Devin Atkinson hit five 3's and scored a game-high 19 points leading the DeSales University men's basketball team past FDU-Florham, 89-63, in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened
- DeSales never trailed in this one scoring the first eight points of the game and opened a 23-4 lead 7:30 into the game led by four three-pointers from Atkinson.
- The lead 25 points twice in the opening half before DSU settled for a 51-29 halftime lead.
- It was all Bulldogs in the second-half as the lead fell below 20 points just one time and was as high as 34 points with 6:51 left in the game.

- Atkinson finished with 19 points, shooting 5-for-7 from deep, and added seven rebounds.
- First-year Jayden Thomas had 17 points and three steals.
- Senior Matt Ciszkowski added 15 points off the bench.
- Fellow senior Caleb Gibbs totaled 11 points and nine rebounds.
For the Foes
- Noah Pagan had a team-high 15 points.
- Jaqwan Washington finished with 12 points and Adam Ziegler totaled 10 points.
