Glenside, PA (October 11, 2025) - The DeSales University women's soccer team dropped its first MAC Freedom game of the year, 6-1, at Arcadia University on Saturday afternoon.

The Basics

• Final Score: Arcadia - 6, DeSales - 1
• Records: DeSales (3-6-2 overall, 1-1 MAC Freedom); Arcadia (8-1-3 overall, 1-0-1 MAC Freedom)
• The Bulldogs fall to 2-9-1 all-time vs. the Knights. 

How it Happened

• Arcadia took a 2-0 lead early with two goals in the first 10 minutes of the game as that score stood into the half.
• The Knights went up 3-0 before the Bulldogs got on the board when junior Catherine Crampton scored on a header off a corner kick.
• Arcadia then added three more goals in the final 35 minutes of the game to post the final tally.

Top Bulldog Performers

• It was Crampton's second goal of the season.
• Senior Sammy Fanger tallied her second assist of the season on the goal.
• Sophomore Cambell Pacheco made six saves in goal. 

For the Foes

• Six different players scored for the Knights.
• Sadie Nugent led Arcadia with a goal and two assists.
