Madison, NJ (November 5, 2025) - The DeSales University volleyball team dropped its regular season finale at FDU-Florham, 3-1, in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday evening.
The Bulldogs still clinch the #3 seed in the upcoming MAC Freedom postseason tournament despite the loss and will travel to the #2 seed, Stevens, on Wednesday, Nov. 12th with a time TBA.
A tight first set saw the Bulldogs leading 23-21 before FDU tied the score at 23. DSU had a set point after a Devil service error but Florham scored three straight points to take a 26-24 win. DeSales took control late in the second set scoring the final six points after the score was tied at 19 to tie the match at one.
FDU took an early 9-2 lead in the third set and never really looked back from there winning 25-18. In the fourth set the Bulldogs rallied to tie the score at 23 late before back-to-back kills from the Devils closed out the match.

Allison Reimer had seven kills, hitting .192, and added 16 digs. SophomoreÂ
Brooke Signorella had 10 kills and juniorÂ
Jocelyn Castro finished with five kills.

Ashlyn Dinan totaled 19 assists and 15 digs in the loss.
