Center Valley, PA (February 1, 2025) - Arcadia University gott off to a quick start hitting nine first-half 3's and the DeSales University women's basketball team was unable to overcome falling to Arcadia University, 69-60, in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon in Billera Hall.

How it Happened
- Trailing 3-2 lead early, the Knights finished the first quarter on a 21-7 run, hitting seven three-pointers to take a 24-9 lead.
- The hot shooting continued into the second quarter hitting two more 3's to start the second quarter giving AU nine straight three-pointers before they made a two-point basket as the lead grew to 26 points (48-22) at the half.
- It was a back-and-forth third quarter in which Arcadia extended its lead to 28 points on another three to end the period.
- The fourth quarter was all Bulldogs as they caught fire out-scoring the Knights, 27-8, to get within nine points on the final scoreboard.
