Men's Lacrosse Falls at Muhlenberg, 20-6

Allentown, PA (February 25, 2025) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse team fell behind early and were unable to recover falling at Muhlenberg College, 20-6, in non-conference action on Wednesday evening.

  • Muhlenberg avenges its loss at DeSales last season as the home team stays unbeaten in the series with the Mules owning a 4-2 lead in the all-time series. 
How it Happened
  • The two teams traded goals over the first 5:12 of the game as the score was tied at two.
  • The Mules scored four straight to end the first quarter in a span of 2:07 to take a 6-2 lead and led 10-5 at the half after an evenly matched second quarter that saw Muhlenberg narrowly out-score the Bulldogs, 4-3.
  • It was all Mules in the second-half as they out-scored DeSales, 10-1, over the final two quarters.

  • Senior Jake Fratarcangeli led the scoring attack with two goals and an assist.
  • Junior Jake Hurd had two goals, while seniors Pat Schuett and Nate Perry each had a goal and an assist.
  • Senior Anthony Gash once again dominated the face-off circle winning 18-fo-26 faceoffs.
  • Senior Hunter Waldron made 10 saves in goal, playing the second-half.

  • Nolan DiSora had four goals and Jack Bill scored three times to lead the Mules.
  • Patrick Crawley had three goals and an assist.
