Reece Stein were each named to the Academic All-District Team as announced on Tuesday afternoon by the College Sports Communicators.
To be eligible for this honor you must be a sophomore or higher, have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater, and have been in the lineup for 70 percent of an institution's days of competition.
Holzman is a sports management major with a 3.67 cumulative GPA who earns CSC Academic All-District honors for the second straight season. He appeared in all 16 matches this season posting a 2-14 singles record in the No. 2 spot in the lineup and 5-11 in the No. 2 doubles spot with three different playing partners.
Marshall is a management major with a 3.97 cumulative GPA earning CSC honors for the first time in his career. He finished the year posting a 5-7 record in the No. 4 singles spot and was 4-8 in doubles action out of the No. 2 flight paired with Holzman.
Stein is a medical studies major with a 3.98 cumluative GPA earning CSC honors also for the first time. He finished the year with a 3-13 record playing in the No. 3 spot in the singles lineup. Stein also posted a 5-11 record in the No. 1 doubles position with playing partner
Jatin Prabhakar.
