Center Valley, PA (May 28, 2025) – Senior Tori Kenney and sophomore Paige Hromin were each honored on Tuesday being named to the CSC Academic All-District Softball Team as announced by the College Sports Communicators.

To be eligible for this honor you must be a sophomore or higher, have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater, and must have competed in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched 35 innings.

Kenney makes her third straight appearance on the CSC Academic All-District Team and Hromin earns the honor for the first time in her career. They were both named Honorable-Mention All-MAC Freedom this season.

Kenney, a biology major, finished the season batting .322 with a team-high 38 hits and five home runs. She added 18 runs scored and had a team-best 24 RBIs.

Hromin, a biochemistry major, had a strong season batting .321 with a team-high 26 runs scored and was second on the team behind Kenney with 18 RBIs. She walked a team-high 18 times and had a .419 on-base percentage, stealing seven bases.
