Center Valley, PA (September 27, 2025) - The DeSales University men's tennis team dropped a tight one Saturday afternoon, falling to Marywood University, 4-3.

First-year Patrick Buonacquista paired with junior Rob Ritchie to win in the #1 doubles flight, 6-0, but the Pacers took home the other two doubles matches to earn the doubles point.

DSU nearly came all way back in singles winning in the #1, #2, and #4 flights but were unable to get the fourth point.

Buonacquista was a 6-3, 6-2 winner in the first flight, Ritchie won 6-0, 6-2 in the #2 flight, and senior Nicholas Ofak won 4-6, 6-2, 1-0 (10-8) in the fourth spot.

The Bulldogs are back in action next Saturday hosting Rutgers-Camden beginning at Noon.
