Hoboken, NJ (February 25, 2026) - The DeSales University men's basketball dropped its MAC Freedom semifinal matchup falling at Stevens, 81-60, on Wednesday evening.

How it Happened
- Stevens led by six early before a three from sophomore Luke Keppel and bucket from fellow sophomore Jayden Thomas made it a one-point game (12-11).
- A 9-2 Duck run gave the hosts an eight-point lead that was eventually extended to as many as 13 points mid-way thru the half.
- The Bulldogs finished the half on a 13-5 run cutting that 13-point deficit down to just five at the half.
- The start of the second-half went back and forth and saw DeSales get within two points after a dunk from sophomore Emanuel Domingo and another bucket from Thomas at the 11:44 mark.
- It remained a two-point game after trading baskets when Stevens scored six straight points to lead 58-50 at the under eight media timeout.
- Senior Ryan Glassmacher scored out of the timeout to DSU within six and it was a nine-point game after another three from Keppel with 5:12 remaining.
- The Ducks pulled away from there ending the game on a 16-4 run to clinch its spot in the MAC Freedom championship game.

- Keppel led DeSales with 20 points, hitting four 3's and adding eight rebounds.
- Thomas added 19 points, eight rebounds, and six assists.
- Domingo also reached double digits with 10 points and added five boards.
For the Foes
- Tommy School led all scorers with 23 points.
- Anthony Lascalzo added 17 points and Kyle Maddison had 16 points.
- Harmehar Chhabra finished with six points, five rebounds, and 11 assists.
